I was born and raised in Vancouver. After years living in Rome, Madrid and Toronto, I realized Vancouver is not an easy place to leave behind. I eventually returned to this beautiful city, bringing with me an intimate knowledge of Italian coffee and food culture.
While gallivanting around the globe I got a licentiate in social communication from a Vatican university and worked for several years in religious and non religious media, both in print and television.
As the Communications Director, I’m responsible for creating a strategy to tell the story of the amazing things this Cathedral community does, and getting that story out as wide as possible. With the shift to virtual everything in 2020, my work expanded to include setting up and over seeing the Cathedral's live streaming system. My job also includes regularly asking, "what if....?"
Together, the Communications Team produces, maintains, and renews a variety of print and digital media at the Cathedral. This includes maintaining the website, sending out email blasts, producing weekly bulletins, and designing posters, kiosks, live streams, and pretty much anything else the situation requires.
Christ Church Cathedral gathers, worships, and serves on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Səl̓ilwətaʔɬ nations
