The Ven. Dr. Richard Geoffrey Leggett is the retired Archdeacon of Westminster and Emeritus Professor of Liturgical Studies at Vancouver School of Theology. He has served and continues to serve in a variety of roles in the Anglican Church of Canada locally, regionally and nationally.
