**The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it. — John 1:5**

On this holy night, we gather to celebrate the wonder at the heart of Christmas: that in Jesus Christ, God has come to dwell among us. The eternal Word takes on our humanity, and heaven and earth meet in the vulnerability of a child.

Through the singing of carols, the proclamation of Scripture, prayer, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, we enter once more into the mystery of the Incarnation—the gift of God's love made flesh for the life of the world.

Whether you come with joyful faith, searching questions, or a longing for hope and peace, you are warmly invited to share in the wonder of this holy night.
