Pastoral Care

Parents and young people are invited to connect with a member of the Cathedral clergy for pastoral support.

The CYF Minister and other clergy are available to check in with you, to pray with you, and to connect you with the supports you need at this time in your life, and the life of your family.

  • open and affirming education, grounded in scripture, tradition, reason, and experience
  • intelligent discourse that can encompass a broad spectrum of ideas
  • developing their capacity for informed reflection
  • acts of compassion
  • opportunities for service within and beyond the community
  • understanding of justice
  • exposure to and engagement with the arts (including music)
  • participation in meaningful worship.
  • opportunities for play
