The Cathedral is pleased to announce the third in a series of chamber music concerts featuring Nancy DiNovo & Friends, presenting works for piano and strings. To celebrate the coming of spring, violinist Nancy DiNovo will be joined by pianist Rosemary O'Connor in a SPRING SERENADE, a duo recital featuring Beethoven’’s iconic “Spring” Sonata No. 5 in F Major Opus 24, Prokofiev’s haunting and enigmatic Five Melodies Opus 35, and Faure’s youthful Sonata in A Major Opus 13, written in the first full flush of love. Engaging commentary by the performers will enhance the experience of these masterpieces.
